I regularly use Autobarn to service and repair my Mercedes and BMW and are very satisfied with their approach, value and work.

The car was accepted the day before the work was due to be done as it suited me better. Work completed by lunch time at phoned me to advise ready for collection. Quote was for £444.00 assuming worst case scenario. Pleasantly surprised to be told actual bill was £287.00 as no additional problems found. Previously provided service and additional works all quoted and agreed before completing. No hesitation in recommending to others. Will undertake all future servicing and repairs on my Audi RS4.

Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Vehicle and customer safety is clearly very important, and I felt reassured that they are honest and fair, with high quality workmanship. We've been using Autobarn in Hyde Heath for all our VW servicing and repairs for a couple of years, and would highly recommend them. They've sorted small issues very quickly and bigger issues have been handled very professionally.

After a catastrophic gearbox failure, Joe had my car towed to Autobarn to fit a replacement gearbox. It couldn’t be reconditioned, so Joe found a low mileage used one from a trusted breaker. Six weeks on it is still running well. I would recommend Autobarn for excellent customer service and work.

I had a major service, MOT and also MOT repairs carried out by Autobarn, they kept me well informed as to what work needed doing and estimates of how much it would cost. Staff were polite and friendly and my car was even cleaned as part of the service which I was over the moon about! I will definitely be taking my car here again and have recommended them to friends and family also.

Neil and his team were courteous, caring, upmost professionals in discovering the botched oil filter change previously undertaken as part of a service by Kwikfit who sent me back on the road with a known, dangerous problem and intermittently flashing red oil light. Kwikfit had my car for a week after it was recovered to them from a motorway breakdown and could not find the problem they had caused themselves - the old filter cil was rammed inside the filter causing an oil blockage!... Autobarn found the problem and remedied it instantly. I cannot recommend the services of Autobarn highly enough.

My Audi S3 came to the Autobarn team via a local dealerships due to it needing some additional servicing done on it. Whilst I was not present when collecting or dropping off the vehicle to the Autobarn team as the dealerships did this, every interaction I had with the Autobarn team was polite, informative and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much of an ask for them, all the queries I had and the help I needed was dealt with over the phone / email. Great garage, great customer experience!
